Payment Terms: We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.  Money orders and checks are also accepted. Mail to Whiskers, Wags and More at 57 Bushwick Avenue, Merrick, New York 11566. If using a personal check, shipment of your item will be held until the check clears the bank (usually 7 days maximum). Payment is appreciated within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping Terms: We ship most items via USPS but we can also make special arrangements to ship via UPS. Insurance is included on every shipment within the United States.

International buyers: Please contact us at jaynehood@yahoo.com for shipping rates.  Charges will need to be billed against your credit card separately.   Insurance on international shipments is only available with Priority Mail service which is significantly more expensive.  If you would like insurance, please let us know when you contact us for shipping charges.

Return Policy:  

Whiskers Wags and More makes every attempt to be as thorough as possible in describing our products, including accurate photographs and providing accurate sizing information for all of our products. Hygenically, it is not safe to accept returns or exchanges on toys, beds, and clothing because of lice, fleas, ticks, and other parasites. In order to protect our customers and their dogs, we cannot accept these items under any circumstances. 

For all returns on all other items, please contact jaynehood@yahoo.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include your item number, order number, quantity and reason for return. We will contact you with a return authorization number and instructions. Items must be received in new condition and in the original packaging material.  Returns received without authorization will not be accepted.
